Join Our Celebration Of Sochi Winners While Staying In Our Furnished Apartment This Month

What a joy to watch the Olympic games in Sochi and see our athletes from Quebec doing so well.  We hope while you are staying with us in your furnished apartment you are joining with locals and celebrating.  We are thrilled to see Charles Hamelin win the gold in his speed skating event.  He also won the gold in this event in 2010.  How exciting to watch this event as it came down to a photo finish.  We have followed Alex Bilodeau since 2010 and hoped he would win the gold again.....and he did! And Mikael Kingsbury was just a second or two behind him winning the silver.  Dara Howell  just 19 years old, took home the gold medal in the women's slopestyle event.  Howell was one of the few skiers who was able to stay upright through most of her runs as she put on a show at the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park.  And, Kim Lamarre, 25, did enough in her second run to earn the bronze medal.

La Citadelle In Quebec City Is A Great Tour While Living In Our Furnished Apartments

A great day trip to take while you live with us in furnished apartments is La Citadelle in Quebec City. The Citadel is the largest British fortress built in North America. This unique location is an active military garrison. Its' walls enclose 300 years of military history in Quebec City spanning the French, British and Canadian periods.  General admission is $10.00(or less) and they are open year round except 12-25 through 1-1.
