Cathedral of Marie-Reine-du-Monde is the third largest church in Montreal and is a miniature version of St.Peter's at the Vatican. Some of the impressive sights is the crucifix sculpted by Philippe Hebert. Also impressive is the baldachi, a cover over the altar. It was created in Rome in 1990 and it is a replica of the famous 'baldacchino' in St. Peter's, created by Bernini. The cathedral is right across the street from The Fairmont and the Amtrak station.
