Surf The St. Lawrence River When Staying In Our Corporates Apartments

Did you know that you could surf while you were living in a corporate apartment in Montreal?  Well, you can.  There is a standing wave on the St. Lawrence River where you can surf.........when it's warm.  Named Habitat 67 because of the location on the river, this is a great place for whitewater kayaking, too.  The wave is created by fast-moving water hitting underwater boulders.  The wave can reach 2 meters in height.  Another spot is near Lachine, named Big Joe.  Check the local river surfing schools, while you are there and take a some lessons.  Check out this You-tube video to see how they do it.
