TEMPÉO is a free outdoor dance and music festival in Montreal held on the Esplanade at Place des Arts from September 16–20, 2026. It runs over five consecutive evenings, with each night spotlighting a different music-and-dance style; one listing describes styles such as funk, Eastern pop, country, Afro-pop, and salsa. In short, it’s a very accessible, high-energy event where you can show up, enjoy live music, and join an open-air dance floor in the heart of the city. While staying in a short term apartment in Montreal, check the website for all the details.
