What Is the Check-In Process, and Does Gesthab Offer a Meet-and-Greet?

We can arrange a meet-and-greet for your arrival, so you're welcomed in person and walked through your unit rather than left to figure things out from a lockbox and an instruction sheet.

What Time Is Check-In and Checkout?

We'll confirm your specific check-in and checkout times once your reservation is set, so you know exactly when to expect access and when you'll need to have the unit ready for the next guest.

What If Your Flight or Travel Plans Change?

Let us know as soon as you can if your arrival time shifts. We'd rather adjust around a delayed flight than have you show up to a unit that isn't ready yet.
